Reservation Policies
Begin by selecting the quantity of rail riders who wish to attend the tour. Next select the day and time slot that you wish to attend and select continue. Be sure to recheck the day and time you wish to attend before payment.
All tour guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to their tour time in order to receive their seat assignments, proper safety instructions and safety gear prior to departure.
Rail Rider Participants- Must be 48 inches or taller to participate. TRRR tour guides will evaluate each tour participant for their ability to safely complete the entire tour prior to departure.
Same Day Reservations - Our tours are limited to 38 participants and same day reservations can be made if there is availability. Please call us when you make a same day reservation.
Reschedule Your Reservation- Rescheduling your reservation can be made 24 hours prior to your original tour date. We request that you call or email us when you need to reschedule your reservation to another tour date depending on availability. You are able to reschedule your tour one time.
Late Arrivals/No Shows- Our tours are strictly scheduled to comply with Oregon Scenic Railroad Federal Rules and Policies. If you arrive late or do not show up for your scheduled tour time you will NOT be refunded.
Cancellation and Refund Policy- Refunds are not automatic with cancellation.
You must email us 2 weeks prior to your tour date at twinsranchrailriders@gmail.com or call us at (541) 418-1460 to request a refund.
Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled Rail Rider tour will be charged a 10% refund fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled Rail Rider Tour will be charged a 25% refund fee.
We will still provide your tour in the event of rain. We suggest you bring the proper clothing, such as rain coats with hoods and footwear. If there is heavy rain or lightening we may delay the tour up to 15 minutes increments up to one hour with permission from the Oregon Coast Rail Road. If the delay is unsuccessful or we deem that the weather is unsafe we will reschedule or refund your tour.
We do NOT provide refunds or credit if you are late or miss your scheduled departure. Unclaimed tickets may be sold 30 minutes prior to departure.
We do not provide refunds or credit if you cancel your Rail Rider Tour on the same day.
Tours may be cancelled or changed due to circumstances beyond our control.
